Please take the time to answer all the questions from unit 1, topic 2:

  • What social and environmental activities and initiatives has the start-up taken already?
  • What strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats do these present?
  • What has the start-up learned from others that could be helpful?
  • What are the start-up’s CSR goals?
  • Where could the start-up be in terms of CSR activities and outcomes five and ten years down the road?
  • Are there any changes to the start-up’s organizational structure that would need to occur to implement any of the deliverables?
  • Are there any obstacles that might stand in the way of taking a more systematic approach to implement CSR? If so, what are they?
  • Are there opportunities for cost reductions?
  • What should be the priorities if the start-up decides to do more?
